Hey there, I really love this product! I just received exactly the same message that they can not fulfill my order!!???? My 4 year outdated daughter was delighted with the animal rescue set when she selected it at the store the day previous to this.
I used to be watching her play this morning and as she tried to straddle the doll onto every other Breyer horse (of the same basics scale). The Vet doll's pelvic joints snapped. Broken plastic in someday of gentle commonplace use? I am not impressed and can put a halt on my plan to purchase more Breyer classics for her toy stable this Christmas. $24 is too much for this weak assortment of plastic.
I checked the Breyer web page and they don't also have a approach for me to e mail my issue or ask for a substitute. Phone numbers only. I shudder to think how lengthy I will have to handle a customer service operator if I call.
