My son, age 6, acquired these for Christmas. I was once firstly very impressed by means of the assortment of accessories that got here with the product. We spent 2 nice afternoons coloring, baking (shrinking), and hanging them together. And, we did it together! Great times! The playscape that got here with it is lovely and durable and I was able to position it collectively in about 5 minutes. Back to the equipment- there are lovable striped pipe cleaners, brads for attaching the arms, hands, toes, etc., foam tape for adding dimension, and circle rings for attaching the monsters to the playscape... Also, there is a generous quantity of monsters to shrink, plus other little equipment such as beakers, take a seem to be at tubes, bones, jars of eyeballs, and so forth. The field gives you concepts of tips on how to shade the monsters if you occur to are not terribly inventive. The first time we contracted (baked them) I failed to go away them in long sufficient and all however one got here out curled up. My son LOVES this Shrinky Dinks Monster Lab!! He waited patiently for it to return in the mail and he could not wait to check it all out. He's delayed in hellos advantageous motor talents so the fact that he loves the entire cool monsters and the lab guy preserves hellom trying to shade. A win-win for Mom and Son both! The heritage is in level of truth relatively cool, nevertheless it is now not going to last the put on and tear of a 5 yr outdated playing with it. Overall - this set is a huge hit.
