The costume is adorable but the product photograph is deceptive and the helmet just would not work at all. The eye slot is simply too high relative to the nose air gaps, however worst of all, the helmet is flat-fronted so the negative kid's nose has to be smashed the whole time! It most probably will be jerry-rigged to work if you put pads on the situation the location the youngersters cheeks are so to push out the helmet, but for the explanation that eye slot is simply too high anyway, it can be not worth it. First, the costume would not appear to be the picture. Rather than a full circle of armour flaps across the neck, there's only 1 flap on one of the shoulders. Still the overall printing of small print is just right and costume does the job in conveying Captain Rex's look.
Helmut is a masks with an elastic band that runs round the back. Having read previous evaluates about how it can be a nose smasher, it is in truth better than I expected. My kid can kind of get it to suit but the visor fogs up fast as the airholes around the nostril house are now not effective.
The sizing/fit of the costume is awkward and runs small. I looked at the Rubies size information (chest/height measurements) before ordering and ordered a medium (size 8-10). It's supposed to suit a 5-7yr previous however my 7 12 months outdated may barely match into it. The size was about proper but the shoulders and sleeves were very tight (and he is a lean child). The neckline which fastens with velcro is additionally tiny so we won't fasten it with out him feeling like he's being choked!
Sewing high quality is very terrible- on my costume, the seams were bathroom toiletse and gave the impression of they had been about to pop!
Overall rather disappointing.

This is exactly what my son needed. Unfortunately, this does run too small. I wish they made an extra huge version of this costume. It was either this or nothing.
