Hello, I really love the product! I just received exactly the same message that they are not able to fulfill my order!!???? My 10 yr outdated son loves this alarm. We additionally discovered that the sticker was not sturdy enough to carry it to the door, so we used Scotch Command Strips and Velcro. Works great! It's been on hellos door for about a yr and we now have now not had to trade the batteries but. There have been 3 factors I failed to like about this toy:
1. The tape would best stick for goodbye. If it's a should to change the batteries and the unit is on the door, it's a must to pry it off the door, tape and all, simply to get to the battery compartment. I also did not like how the tape would best have a time limit (in days) to stay to the door.

The alarm does work, and my son liked the key playing cards. Unfortunately we are living in an older home and the alarm and sensor is not going to line up on the door and outside molding, making it useless. My son was very disappointed! He ended up the use of a present card to purchase the laser commute wire instead.
